If you want to send a message to one person you can go to their site and type one in and only people who look at that page see the message, also if you want to get involved with the discussions at the top of you home page you'll see a spot named FORUM. Click on it and it will show you all the different subjects being kicked about. Just cruise around the sites and you'll get the hang of it.
