About Me:: i have owned irish setters , irish red and white setters, american cockers, and a border collie. not to mention the lovely cross breeds that i had as a child. I show and breed irish red and white setters, have shown and bred irish setters, and shown american cockers. My affix is anjuli and i have been lucky enough to breed and show some very good dogs including reserve ticket winners ,ticket winners,show champion and stud book dogs and bitches. but most important to me is the dogs themselves as my pets and companions. I am still getting used to being a widow and for me the loss of my hubbie has been the biggest blow of my life. My grandaughter leanne does most of my showing nowadays but i still keep my hand in . Lastly but not least i love to judge all the setters and some of the gundog group and am on the a3 list of three clubs for the irish red and white setter the breed that i have owned and showed since 1983. thankyou for allowing me to witter on Carol Pipe

I have taken longer to respond because my beloved irish setter Ceira died on thusday she was 14 years old and was a very comical dog right up to the end. Ceira died at home and in her sleep she was a show girl at first even getting a reserve green star under one year old , she decided she did'nt like showing by refusing to move which was very funny for everone watching . I loved her and cared for her right up to the end and what a peaceful end it was . I am sure that she is with Dave now and nagging him for attention. sleep well Ceira you deserve it . and many thanks to Trudy walsh for letting have such a super dog, speak soon
