First Irish Setter bought for me by my parents when I was 13yrs old, this started my passion for dogs. 10 yrs later bought my first weimaraner whom I started to show, since then had 2 more weimaraners breeding occasionally.
Got my 2nd Irish Setter in 1986 who is the gran to my special boy SHCH Astrazone Special Brew JW ShCM, I now have 1 of his sons who is proving at the moment to follow in his dads footsteps in the showring.
nice to hear that, Elliot is a great puppy very smart, he will have his first show next month, just a small clubmatch to start.and than the young dogshow in Belgium. As you see on his pictures he loves mud. every mudpuddle he sees he jumps in it.
Hope to see you maybe at a show sometime in the Uk since I support my sisters Gordon setter who won Crufts this year as best Godon setter.
Thanks for wanting to be a friend. Who is the Irish in the photo with all the silver trophies? From what I can see he/she looks lovely and really like the head piece.Would love to see the pedigree. Also noted you are in the UK. I resided in the UK and showed Irish also. Had to leave the UK back in 2000 becuase my father was very ill and my daughter had my first grandchild. Look forward to your response.

Thanks for your lovely compliment of "Paige" Kerrsienna A Paige In History JW - 1RCC. How long have you been showing Irish Setters? Also would like to know your name as it would make communications more personable. I was quite worried about the reception "Paige" would receive in the UK ring because I know the mentality of the Irish Setter Folks and there negative thought about the USA Bred Irish. I will always stand firm in my belief that both sides of the pond would benefit the gene pools. I have been very selective with my continuation of my breeding program here in the USA. 3 generations now and each and every litter since has improved. I am very proud of "Paige's accomplishments to date and hope and pray that she will eventually be a UK Champion. Look forward to our further discussions.

Hi Ginger, been having problems with internet connections lately so haven't been on for a while, glad you like my boy. Paige won her class at National Gundog championship show early aug, didn't know if you & Rosemary were aware of this but Im sure Pat has let Rosemary know.
Hi Julie good to see you on here, I've been a member for ages now, don't visit that often but nice to have the option.
We're plodding on, are you well?
