Hello Julie,
I just caught sight of your name, nice to "SEE" you here. Are you enjoying the snow?

There is a lot to see on this website,so if you get snowed in you will be able to while away a few hours. The photo section has thousands of photos alone! Enjoy!

Hello Julie, we are new to Irish Setters and we have our first show in March all the way in Newark. We have found a couple of local shows but thats all, wondered if you know of any more in the home countys you could let us know about. Thank you

Hi, there are some shows in Essex, not always very good venues. Maidstone would be a long way from you. You can go on to the Bardonhill site which is a super site and will give you all the shows. Also the dog papers Dog world and Our Dogs give all the shows. Also UK and Ireland another good site but not always as update as Bardonhill. Happy showing

Thanks for the information, Newark is a championship show, looks like we are in at the deep end, should learn something at least. All the best.

Don't go down the route of just doing champ shows, you do need to got to as many open shows as you can especially when you begin. We need people to enter open shows so that our aspiring judges can learn their craft. Also they are much cheaper at about £5. There is I think a bit of snobbery for want of a better word about open and champ shows.

Good to hear from you, Julie!
Oooohh! Your family haven't told me they are connected to you, so I will check on the booking, and look forward to meeting them! I can't believe it is a year already, either! Does this mean that you come out the following year?
