Porto Rio Setter
On the 25th January 2009 we enter our first show this year.
The 69th Intern.Dog Show Porto 2009 Portugal (CAC-QC CACIB)
The Judge for the breed was Mrs Freda Marshall(GB), who let us very pleased with her gently and lovely words on our dogs reports.
The entries in Setters were; Irish:10 ,Gordon: 4 IRWS:1 English:1
We were present with 6 Irish and 1 IRWS
Ch.Class:1ºExc,CACIB:Lagavulin do Porto Rio, 2ºExc,RCACIB:James Martin's do Porto Rio.
(Ardmore do Porto Rio was not present in the breed judgement)
Vet Class: 1ºExc Settador Red Rum
Open Class Females:2ºExc,RCACIB.Rosebank do Porto Rio
Intermidiate Class Females:1ºExc.CAC-QC,CACIB Stricly Confidential do Porto Rio
The BOB went to Ch.Lagavulin do Porto Rio and the BOS went (with really proud to us) to our "Pearl" with 15 months (Stricly Confidential do Porto Rio).
Also ,we were very proud of "Pepa"(Pride do Porto Rio,our new personal star at home and now in dog shows).This Irish Red White Setter girl with 9,5 months have a beautifull balenced body with lovely head and fantastic movement,who placed her with the responsability (was a best junior in breed and also BOB) to show the breed at the final Group 7.
Results at the Finals;
Lagavulin get 3º in the Group 7
Settador Red Rum (Cash) get 3ºplace at the all breeds veterans final
And we get BIS at the Final Bredeers Group in Show.
was very nice day and we thanks all friends there who help us to show our Setter Family.
