New babies at kennel Applegrove

We have a litter born 12th of June, seven boys and one single girl.

This is now the 3rd generation from the Applegrove-affix. Grand mother is Applegrove Sweet Home Chicago "Maja" who was born in our first litter (the Home litter) and the mother Applegrove Sweet American Romance "Tilda" was born in our fourth litter in 2005 (the American-litter), sired by Dark Auburn's Michigan.

The sire of the puppies is "Magnus" Cobenhagen winner 2006 and World winner 2008 Asoftwind of the Golden Vale, one of our long-time favourites. He is also the sire of our Time-litter in 2003 and to the lovely sisters Fairhaven Brown Eyed Girl (our own girl "Lollo") and Fairhaven Banchee Barracuda. He has also been top stud dog in Sweden 2006 and 2007, and also so far in 2008. He was himself top Show irish in Sweden 2006 and he is the sire of both top dog (Dubliner Tiger Woods) and top bitch (Kanelin Hurrah Dubliner) last year.

At present he is the grand-sire of no less than eight of our own and co-owned boys and girls - and needless to say we are more than pleased with what he has produced. Of this reason we chose him again for Tilda's litter.

Wonderful and typical setter-temperaments and lots of charisma is characteristic for him and his children and from this litter we expect lovely and active family dogs but also individuals that can do well in the show ring.
