I want to contact a uk manufacturer og dog food that makes dry food were the only meat ingredient is lamb. Does anyone have an idea who that could be.?
I did feed ProPlan large athletic with lamb and rize for years but I think that is manufactured in the States (I think it's Nestlé now?) and we're just about to change to another product...
I also bought a test packet of 'K9 Natural Lamb' - manufactured in New Zealand though - but if you're interested in something dry and light with only lamb that might be of interest to you: It's 85% freeze dried lamb (for human consumption), some liver, heart, vegies and fruit and NO artificial preservative. It's very expensive but also very light: 4 kilos make 16 kilos of 'kibble' and is probably the closest to fresh food you can get in dry form - just pour warm water over it and let it soak. You'd be able to cross Iceland with only 2 kilos per dog in your backpack :-)). (In case you order this food somewhere, watch closely - there is also beef!).
natural instinct does the lamb variety (is frozen wet food) . Do you need a dry or wet food? cheers, silvia
Oh sorry, please ignore my previous post... i wasnt reading your question properly :(
