English setter looking for forever home

Hi friends

can anyone help this 18 month old English setter. This was posted on Face book by Toni Davis Olson

I liked this group awhile ago and thought I would post in hopes that someone could help. My husband and I live in Summerville, South Carolina and are looking for a new home for our English Setter. We rescued him a year ago from a horrible situation where he was being neglected but find ourselves unable to keep him now. He is a year and half and is a very energetic happy boy. We find that we can not offer the time and space to run that he needs. My husband and I do not want to take him to a shelter or give him to just anyone. Does anyone happen to know of anywhere close by that could help or know of anyone in South Carolina that is looking for an English Setter?

Beautiful boy. You might look into setter rescue......Save Our Setters does Irish and Red and White I know for sure.

I am surprised this post had so few comments, I hope somebody wrote you Angela . This is a wonderful boy I really hope he has found his forever home !! So sorry we can't help but please keep us posted if you have some updates. .

The rescue groups have contacted the owners, hoping to rehome him from their home so he does not go into kennels. Have not heard if he has been rehomed ( I am sure he has) but he is not in danger, Good luck little man.
