Bloat Survey


There is still time to complete your survey if you haven't aready done it. It is open to all UK registered Irish Setters over 18 months and that includes those living abroad.

The survey is not just about bloat as AHT is collecting data about other possible health issues. Even a completed survey with no health problems highlighted is valuable.

We know some people have been having problems trying to complete the survey so here are some tips.

To actually start the survey after you have inputted your ID number you need to click on the name of the dog.

You may not be able to enter a measurement, for example, 21.5  so enter either 21 or 22

When inputting time before/after feeding there may be problems with , for example 2 hours and 0 minutes, so enter 2 hours and 5 minutes.

You can receive your Personal ID by phoning 0844 4633 980  but  if you contact the KC you need to tell them it is the bloat survey you want information about and not the survey which is by invitation only, that is something totally separate.
