I think so too.  I had this photo enlarged and it's hanging on my wall mounted in a picture frame casket which contains her ashes, certificates, pedigree and a few keepsakes.  I'll let you into a little secret, no matter where you stand in the room her eyes follow you.  Try moving from side to side as you view this and you will see what I mean. I always called her my little angel and now my angel is watching over me wherever I am in the room.
