Hi Kenny, this photo is well chosen for a b&w study and you did a great job with the toning of Samson! It is also a very good idea to darken the sky by either burning it or using a 'red filter'! The edge on the horizon however, 'reveals' your work :-) - did you use PS?

Hi Cornelia, Thank you for the kind comments, Yes i do use PS and i still have a lot to learn next time i will try a little harder and maybe try a red filter on the sky. Thank you for the tip. The sky on this one was darkened with the darken sky filter and i did not notice the horizon will try to look a bit more carefully next time.

That's great to hear, Kenny - I think we should start that PS discussion on Camera Corner for there is such a lot you can do. I'm learning a lot from a tutorial at the moment and I just 'saved' a photo, where I thought the sky was washed out beyond help but I could pull all the clouds back in :-)). I will let you know, what I've done as soon as possible.

Please do Cornelia i will look forward to seeing that, Yes i also think a discussion in Camera Corner would be good, as there are some other members on here that do some stuning work with PS
