Hi Wilko, lol!! no he has a condition called magaesophagus and now has to be fed by hand in this position, his food pouches on it's way to his tummy and if not careful gets inhaled into the lungs and can cause pneumonia, he has just recovered from a bout..feeding this way helps to get it down to the right place...maybe i should get him to do the washing up while he is there!!
