George has he same rights as a Seeing Eye Dog does but he is for Bipolar.

Happy Birthday Cheryl!!! Great opportunity to take pictures of George ... may be helping you eating the B-cake? We would appreciate to see him as he is indeed a very special boy!!! did not know there is Dog for Bipolar, but I find it an excellent idea as I am sure ES will excell. A big cuddle to George for me  :-)
