It was hot (for Ireland!) on Sunday, so we went to the woods

but Darwin and Mac plodded on

bright sunshine and a light breeze ...…

Wee Mac had a very tiring trip to and from Crufts ,,, and a long day at the show in betweeen, he enjoyed meeting old friends and making new ones. But ...

when he got home again ....

We had a nice bright day last week, so a beach trip was due.

Mac can't wait ...

We were supposed to go to a show on Saturday. Instead, Mac had a nice roll in the mud, playing with a neighbour's GSD, so we went to the reservoir!

Mac can't wait to run down to the water!

Soon he was splashing ...…

'Summer has gone and all the leaves are dying ...' but still there  is some lovely golden light in the evenings

the boys still like to paddle and splash ...

Mac looks for rabbits to chase ...…

Who'da thunk it? Our wee Mac has grown up!

Here he is in June last year when we went to pick him up from Dee and Jeremy. He's 8 weeks old

He arrives in Coleraine and Chantal introduces him to Darwin ...

We have had some lovely weather lately. Tonight we went to Benone strand. I was jogging, Darwin was carrying his ball and Mac was tearing all over the place, causing havoc wherever he went!

We have just been having our summer on the north coast of Ireland ... so this evening we went to White Park Bay

the boys went straight in for a paddle ...

and Mac came to get me in too ...…

I get so excited when I go to the beach, I can't keep still ...

we went to White Rocks last week, but not to the rocks. This time we saw the rocks ...

Another Sunday, another beach on the north coast of Ireland

this afternoon, after the rugby (!), we went to the Portrush east strand and round to White Rocks

It's a great place to run ...…

What do you do on a sunny morning? Go to the beach!

they gave me a prize ...

but I don't know what a "breed is", I looked on my computer…

I took a little siesta ... and then ...

I had to prepare the soup ...

then take my basket to go shopping ...

clean all…

Can you believe it? I am still suffering!

I told the Kennel Club, and they wrote back,but I usually only tear up letters!

I told them my bed is too small, my head hangs off the end ...…

Life is tough for me ...

I don't get proper food, I have to take the meat off a bone ...

or funny potatoes…

I am Mac, a totally misunderstood pup ... Dad calls me "Holy Terror" or "Mad Max" and Mum said that I am not a dog but two rows of teeth with a bit of hair. Be fair ES friends, don't I look like an angel?…

Last week we made the long journey to Leicester to meet our new family member, Mac (aka Thendara Fascination ... father, Sumaric Shadow of Mr Jingles; mother, Thendara Vanilla Ice). Mac is a wonderful wee boy and has already taken over our home and hearts!
