A New Young Champion For Amhurst

We are very pleased to advise that Amhurst Borrowed Heaven has become a New Zealand Show Champion. Owned by Jo and Matt Day, "Kerry" unofficially gained her title at just 11 months of age., against strong opposition in the North Island.
As with the Australian system, she had to win another CC after she turned twelve months, to be able to claim her title. This weekend Kerry won both the CC's, to become a Champion at just fourteen months of age.
Kerry is a daughter of our latest import, Ch Copper's Prins Trollmane ( Imp Swd), himself a multi Best Exhibit in Group winner, a Best of Breed winner at the prestigious Spring Fair Show, in Sydney, and Supreme Best in Show at the Irish Setter Club of Victoria Championship Show ,at just two years of age.
Her Dam, Amhurst Moonlinneh, descends from our original Wendover imports, and along with 37 years of our breeding, it makes her over 70 years line-bred.
Congratulations to Jo and Matt, as well as Camilla in Sweden.
