Home for Irish Setter Lovers Around the World
We all know that during Christmas time the animals can talk. I do have a feeling that sometimes even lifeless objects can do the same too.
I've just found this photo and I really can feel that a snowman wants to say something very important for Kasia. She is still very young, unexperienced, very curious and innocent.
What are they talking about?
Thanks Rob, fine talk:-)
I'm not sure did your realize that her name is KASIA - Polish diminutive od Kate, Katerine. Very good name for setter, because all Kasia's I know are very nice and lovely girl. But there is also other side of their nature and sometimes they become crazy KAŚKA - like a setter too:-)
My apologies for the misplaced 'I'.
Used to play music with a guy who always inserted a major rather than a minor on a particular song and when confronted said, " it's just one finger off ". Of course that major sounded completely off.
Don't know Kaska but it sure sounds like a couple Irish I know.
During my correspondence with Jean about puppy he said that the litter names are with K. My first thought was at once Kasia, Kaśka, Kasieńka, Kasiula. I gave to Jean above description of Kasia' character and he have chosen for my very matching puppy:-)
Very sweet. With English being my only language, I should ask what Kaska means and I will have to contact you when the time comes for a new pup and I need a name w/ a 'K'.
Polish is a very derivational language, with different endings we make new words and give them new meaning. Kaśka is also a form from Katherine, close to Kate, so Kaśka is a name for a good pal, cool and a bit crazy girl:-)
Snowman : Why aren't you white like me and all around ?
Kasia : Because red suits me so much ! I AM AN IRISH ! Don't want to disappear with the sunshines !
Just want to be spoiled by mum Ania !
Thanks Jean and Finn:-) "Ice to meet you - ha ha!!! I like that wintry welcome:-)
Yes, Kasia is spoiled rotten, but she's lovely, she deserves it.
