SILVER AWARD

Hi all,
Thought I'd let you know that Ray was awarded the Kennel Club's Good Citizen's SILVER Award today. As you can imagine, I am really chuffed with my boy. That makes 10 Certificates that he has been awarded to date for his gundog working and obedience achievements.
Now we start training for the Gold.

Thank you Esther and Catherine for your compliments. I cannot quite believe it or take it in at the moment on all the awards that Ray has actually won. He has done me proud during the last few years and also, more importantly, his Breed.

Hello Susan,
Thanks for your congratulations - it is nice to get my fellow Setter owners compliments. It has been fun and enjoyment reaching Ray's training standard but well worth it now.
I am swotting up on the Gold Test at the moment but may not put Ray into this until next year - depends if the local Society hold it before Christmas.
Another outing on 22nd November with the Southern Pointer Club first of all though and that IS an enjoyable and friendly Setter & Pointer event.
