Hi Andy and Jennie! Love your Video. My Billy had this one:

but maybe Riley likes that:

My two first Irish where very gentile with everything, did not destroy their toys but Mac is like Riley, "quality control experts", nothing resist to their test of endurance. So it will have to be the kind Barbara is mentioning in her links.

Hi Barbara. Thank you for sending me the links. We can get the first type here, but we are looking for a single pool that is a bit bigger. The second one looks a better size, but I think he will lay on the side and that will let the water out. I was even thinking of a pond liner as they are hard plastic and a bit bigger. We need to get him one soon as our good weather may not last. x

Hi Chantal. I must say, he did not intend to kill it. He loved it and still wanted to play in it after the water had gone. It was fun to watch him play in it. The strange thing was, Cassie was not interested in getting in it, she only had a drink from it. Both of them love the rain and were even playing in the garden during a thunder storm the other day, but Cassie was not even tempted to get in it. Perhaps she thought Riley may drown her! x

Wish Bella liked the water more, our attempts at introducing her to a paddling pool were met with complete disdain and the only one in it was me!  I have no idea how Riley-proof this one is but the reviews seem good and I like the photos people have posted with their dogs using the pool post purchase.  http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/dogs/dog_toys_dog_training/floating_d...

Think it might be the same one as Barbara posted above but on a UK site.  Perhaps you should just go the whole way and have a proper pool built for him - it's the least he deserves I'm sure.

Hi Barbara. Lots to choose from on those sites. I was thinking about the round one that folds up. The problem may be with Riley laying or standing on the sides. If he does, it will fold in and empty the water. We need to get one soon as our good weather may not last long. x

Hi Elizabeth. Thank you for the link. I'm not too sure if it would hold water for long as Riley may lay or stand on the side and it could fold in and empty the water. I have been looking at that type though. Riley and Cassie just love the rain no matter how heavy it is. They were even playing in a thunder storm the other day. If it is raining, it is impossible to keep them in the house, mad dogs. Yesterday my wife had the hosepipe out and they both enjoyed being soaked with that. He does deserve to have one built, but we need to win the lottery before he can have one! x
