Post-meal exuberance and bloat

Hi,

    10 week old Shea has met my mum's dog today and of course saw this as an opportunity to play endlessly as puppies will running round the garden and rolling around play fighting. I have been advised due to risk of bloat in IS that it is preferable not to have them energetic an hour before meals and 2 hours afterwards, but would this type of puppy playing come under that catagory and should we be stopping him from playing?
