Cash was chewing on a cow ear last night and suddenly pulled quick hard to get a piece off the end, and two of his teeth hit me in the cheek!  I had thought teething started since I kept finding blood yesterday on the dog he was playing with.  They are two front teeth up top, but upon looking further I found on the bottom same spots the new teeth are coming in behind (or in front) of the others.  Will they push out the baby teeth or do we need to help that?  He isn't good about letting me poke around in there, so it was a fluke I noticed anything yet.  And he has gotten a bit fussy about his food, can teething cause this?  He seems to not chew it either but rather swallow it.
