I live in Whitstable, a seaside town in Kent, with my husband, two Irish Setter dogs, Chance and Jet and our four cats. I work as a receptionist in our local vets.
I have Julie's trip marked in my diary. Hope we can catch up.
Cool nights and mornings, but jolly hot through the day - cannot believe it at this time of the year.
Happy Easter too.

Hello Linda, thank you for your nice comment on my page. I am glad you enjoyed my Crufts photos, I must say I was also impressed by your young Scarletti male. He is a very handsome boy. Will be looking forward to see him maybe later this year! All the best, Kasia
Hi there Linda
Thank you for that I just love her to bits, and it's so nice that so many other people think so a well...Thanks again.
People have said that she is like a good bottle of wine, she just gets better and better the older she gets, unlike me that is
Hi Linda, still having a bit of a problem with my scanner but should have some pics soon. We also have some old Video of Lola that we need to convert to be able to put it up on the website, we have lots of the old shows as filmed with the big black parrot. We also have some old cine film with Harley & Nina when they got their JW at Blackpool. Lots of memories. Sue.
Hi there Linda
As a person that likes a good bottle of wine, BUT when you drink it, it's gone...and I want to keep this particular bottle as long as I can, so this bottle is for the shelf, (or perhaps the settee) but will only keep while the ''bubbles are still dancing'' in the bottle, when they loose their bubbles....I really don't want to go down that road for a very very long time..
Hello Linda,
Julie, Peter and their lovely family all came up this afternoon.
Enjoyed meeting them very much - just a shame it couldn't have been for longer.
Very sultry here, just wish it would rain and move in to Autumn properly!

Thanks for the congrats, I am very proud of Zac. He is a handful sometimes, like most males, but I just love hime to bits. I'm in seventh heaven as he is the seventh Delsanto Show Champion!!!
See you soon Chris
Hi Linda,
I have just been on Joan Clancy's page and seen your post about Malachy being related to Paige. You are right, Derryveagh Storm In A Teacup is behind that litter. If you go onto my site and look under the relatives section you will be able to check out Paige's pedigree and that of Renemau Deacon Blue to see for yourself how they are connected.
Best wishes,
Michelle
Pleased you liked the site. There's lots more to add yet as you can see. I have loads of ped and photos ready now plus hundreds more to scan in and couldn't believe just how much information I had gathered over the years when I started sorting it all out! I love the photos you have on here...super head shots.
Hi Linda, I see Michelle has been able to explain the connection Malachy has to your dog better than I could!! It is so cool to be able to see his photo, thank you for bringing him to my attention!! I'm enjoying all your photos.. lovely dogs! //Joan
Hi Linda,,Just having alook around ,I see you are judging inSweden that's the week I will be in Cromer,I love it down there ,the beach's are great for the dog's .I lived there when I came home from South Africa,,Durban,,I think the photo's of the pup are very nice ,,all whisker's and eyebrow's just as they should be,,he look's very intresting.. Enjoy your weekend BFN,,,PAT x
Hello Lyn I hope you have a great time over the weekend,,are you making a holiday of it,,,,The dog's over there look very nice,,There are some that I would like,,,,any way have a good time take care PAT x
Well done you what a great result. I know Dena quite well , her remarks and feelings about jet will have been totally genuine which makes the win all the more pleasing. My girl got RBOB under ro cox and won UG 3rd G at the joint champ show again all the more satisfying when you know the judge genuinely likes your dog.
Kirsty
Hi Linda ,thankyou thats very kind.Trimming Flynn is always a pain so a "friend"helps sometimes ,like on this occasion - bet you can,t guess who it is.!(Just joking).Next show is Leeds so might see you there.Best.
Thank you for inviting me to be a friend of you. I really appreciate it. Jet really is a lovely boy from his puppy-hood as I have seen your photos. Will keep an eye on him, he will make your day many times in the ring I bet.
All the best to you,
Marta
Hi Linda,
Glad you liked the pic from the past (those were the days?)
It's nice to see the faces from the past back in the ring again.
Wish you good luck for the future.
Kate
Hi Linda, Thanks for your nice comments, the new boy,Jackson, is entered into 2 shows so far, South of England Gundog on the 29th and LKA, but we'll see about LKA as he's not the best traveller
I hav'nt got any shows till LKA either, unless i find some open shows? i am sure you will have a lot of fun with Silke and Rita and hope you enjoy the show. I havnt heard of the Dutch judge so dont know if the American or English type will be favoured.I was toying with the idea of flying over just for the day.!
Hi Linda
Shame , but we will see you at LKA, Took Jackson out today and popped him a sealeg tablet before we went, travelled about 10 miles each way, fIrst journey without much drrol and NO VOMIT!!!!
Thankyou Linda, for all your comments and support. I still have a big grin! Having unsuccessfully tried frozen semen, quite a number of times, over the past 30 years, I am in a state of disbelief, and one of my other girls looks to be in whelp too.Same Vet and the same semen.
Hi Linda, I finally decided that i would go to the winners show and have booked an early morning flight.I will probably see you there ,if i dont miss the flight!!!!!!!
hello linda
it was also nice to meet you in amsterdam.
i hoop you had a nice time there.
i com to the crufts wiht charmain and houston
i hope to see you there.

Hi Linda ,Your e mail has cheered me up enourmously.so i did make the right decision then. After ringing my Mum around 10 i found out that she wasnt going due to having flu.She had sounded bad earlier in the week, however she kept me on the phone until the batteries ran out around 11pm.I then started to try to remove the mud balls my young dog had acumulated without loosing any feathering.Twisting them till they crumbled by the time i finished this it was 2pm and i still hadnt bathed him .,or started on Tilly (Grad bitch)i had previously done Amy (puppy bitch so she wasnt so bad.Well i gave up the ghost at 2 and decided that i wasnt going to go.
I was a little disappointed as i thought my Junior was looking nice and i thought that she would be fair.My garden has never been so bad as apart from the terrible weather during November i seem to regularly get a semi blocked drain by my kitchen window which creates a semi pond beside the drain and this develops into a sort of river which flows down my path around to my back door.I forgot to say i have a constantly running water tap in the kitchen sink.So now when i call the dogs to come in you can hear the splash splash of their paws before you see them.Total nightmare! Will have to get it sorted immenently. It is pure mud as there isnt a blade of grass!
At least you made your class did Barbara? I would imagine with that kind of journey that you would feel quite stressed out before you got into the ring.
Well i have learnt a valuable lesson and will not leave the grooming and bathing of my dogs so late in future.
Did you get a chance of celebrating John's birthday.Wish him a happy one from me.
Hello Linda.
Thankyou for your comments. Finoo is just gorgeous, in fact the whole litter is. Very difficult to choose any of them! Wish people were closer to enjoy them like I am !
Hot here with fires all over the place. Think we would enjoy some of your snow, just at the moment!

Hi Linda,
I have made the decision not to go tomorrow as i am very frightened driving in icy conditions. My mother wont be going either. With tonight expected to be extremely cold there is an even greater risk of ice.Like you i think the show should have been cancelled or maybe postponed.
I hope to see you at the Midlands in Feb??
Hi Linda,
Bimble DID try the loo roll a few weeks ago, but fortunately hasn't spotted it recently! I am not encouraging her for movie stardom there!

Hi Linda,
Thank you very much for your comments on my girls !
I hope showing Chickadee for somes shows in Mars and april, she need 1 ticket to be Dutch champion ! But she comes in season at the middle of Mars, before or later and I hope mating her ;-))) My first litter, second one for Chickadee ! It's so exciting ;-)
Best regards, Charlotte
Linda for some reason when you commented on my blog I didn't get an email so didn't know it was there and only came across it tonight. Yes the puppies are great, 4 weeks last Friday so eating and pooping for England! They are still in the main part of the house as it's been so cold but have been in the utility room and had more room today and have had them 2 at a time in the kitchen with me tonight and they all found the aga and lay beside it, looks like they take after their mum. Willow is doing well and being such a little dear. I am working hard to get her back to full fitness and am told it is only muscle wastage that is affecting her movement now and that it will come back but I will wait and see. It was lovely about Vita, she is such a beautiful bitch and I am looking forward to seeing Edward again but that won't be for a while as I am only going to Crufts and nothing after that for a while either. I really need to spend time with Willow and the puppies and am actually quite enjoying a rest from the shows especially in this weather.
So hopefully see you at Crufts, take care, Angela
