My husband and I live in Hertfordshire and have owned at least one Irish Setter for over 25 years. We lost our fourth Setter (Murphy) just over a month ago and are slowly recovering but we are so lost that we are hopefully due to take delivery of either Bailey or Reilly (we cant decide) on 26th September. Our first two Setters were Follidown gentleman and the third we rescued from Maureen Hurl's Setter Rescue. The new boy is coming from Maureen Savage in Leicester - photos arriving shortly of all.
Bailey looks lovely and yes he has grown - I think he looks right for his age. Glad to hear that the training has gone well and that he is living up to the 'Irish' character. Have fun
Very happy to know that Bailey is recovering very well and that soon we will see some pictures of this handsome boy of yours!!! This was a hard time for you Shelley and I am sure your boy is giving you plenty of cuddles to help you to forget these horrible days :-)
