Dear all, It was so nice to hear from you all that this is a typical Setter pose! My Gordon Setter liked to relax this way too, but many dog owners (obviously not Setter owners) are surprised when they see this ... Anna, what a lovely photo of your Irish! Kind regards to you all!

Yes that's the way to relax  :-)  and Mollie will do the same too, and we all enjoy a tickling cuddle on their bellies :-)
