Dudley was on the scent of a 'chippy' and darted off. Something I don't expect at his age. He's gained 10 much needed pounds this winter and his coat is thicker and redder. His vet uses this pix to end her presentation on "Keeping Old Dogs YOung."

Thanks! I adore my vet. She's on the faculty of a vet school and lectures on geriatric medicine. She's also certified in acupuncture and rehab. Students come from foreign lands to study with her.  Sometimes I think Dudley gets better medical care than I do! I'm lucky to have an ole dog specialist who has taught me different ways to engage Dudley and keep him active. Mainly I keep Dudley with me both in the house and car & take him to dog friendly shops in the neighborhood. He loves lots of attention and is a real 'ladies man.'
