Yes! Fourteen in March which is scary given IS normal lifespan. What's amazing is Dudley had more gray when I adopted him. Then I started feeding him Omega 3 kibbles and giving him various Chinese herbs described by  holistic vet. We switched to a new arthritis med that was gentle on the liver. Dudleys' gray hair fell out --except brows. Coat grew back thicker and redder this winter, much to my surprise. Dudley also gained mobility thru monthly acupuncture and weekly hydrotherapy (in tank on treadmill). We do 2 short (20 min) walks a day on uneven ground which makes him work harder.  And he 'hunts' the house for treats. Concrete is a problem because Dudley drops his right hind foot (soleus atrophy)  and scrapes toes. But we keep moving. Vet says: "The longer an old dog stays on the ground, the quicker they go underground." <cringe> Dudley thinks he's good looking too tho' some people comment that he's not 'red enough' for an IS! Would love to hear from other IS owners whose dogs lived long lives.
