How many Irish Setters do you have?: Just 1.

How long have you owned Irish Setters?: I had my first setter in 1994, was without one from 2006 until now.

About Me:: Worked for 33 yrs for NHS in Salisbury and Kent, now we live in West Wales where we have holiday cottages and I work from home using email, in the shipping industry.

My new puppy, Millcroft Magdalene ( Leah) has been with us for 5 weeks now. She's absolutely gorgeous and we all love her. She's settled well with our other 3 dogs, Mo ( collie) Jake ( shitzu x Bichon) and Jasper ( Flattie x collie ) and plays alot with them, especially Jasper, who is so tolerant and lets her bite him and jump on him. They play endlessly, especially in the evenings. She enjoys games outside with Jake, usually chasing round trees. Mo doesn't play now, she's 11, but if she thinks jasper and Leah are playing too roughly she soon sorts them out!

Thank you June for letting me have this beautiful girl, and also for whistling the pups when it was feeding time. Leah's recall ( at the moment! ) is perfect.

Cola is more like a retriever has to carry something in her mouth even to a scrap of paper if nothing else available. Tea towels are her favourite interesting how they are both turning out and she still blames her poor mum when she is in trouble

The little one is called 'Charlie' at the moment and is not only very full of himself but very assured of who he is, cocky doesn't begin to describe him LOL. Just need to remember how to toilet train a pup and we will be on the way.
