Having bred this beautiful breed, and recently lost Honey at the tender age of 8 and a half, I feel that part of me has gone. I also own a working sheepdog as well as one Irish so am quite active and enjoy dog training as well.
Hi I am new to the site, but mad about setters, I would have a house full if hubby would let me. Currently have 1 as had to have my 8 and half year old put down recently due to cancer, although to see her at the end she didn't act any differently, than normal.

Welcome to the site, and I am so sorry to hear about your 81/2 year old, as I have one of that age at the moment. So sad..
But I do have 14 wonderful babies as well as their mum. I just cant imagine how you feel, all the best.
