Home for Irish Setter Lovers Around the World
Just a quick update: We started, where we stopped last time and as you can see, I had all of Joy's attention right from the beginning :D. She was an overly excited and awfull puller for the rest of the day!! Here we are looking back into the haze, surrounding Basel:

Jurassic rock! The formation of the Jurassic Mountains is very old (145-199million years) and many fossiles can be found, even dinosaur footprints.
As I said: Joy really intended to train my arm muscles this time and when the path (ahead) became steaper, I finally gave up and Joy gave in, walking nicely on her gentle lead for the very first time!
The final destination of the official first stage: The village Büren.
But Joy had only eyes for the village fountain:
We were not the only one's, who had trouble finding the way that day!
As there was no public transport to take us back to where we started, we made a round trip and after having climbed the hill again, strolled back through beautiful forest:
Where is my share of the sandwich?
One final photo! I will report about the next stage, as soon as the weather does improve again - oh, you think it is still good? Have a look at the clouds: Those thin feathery stripes are always the forecast of a change:
