Home for Irish Setter Lovers Around the World

We are back from a wonderful holiday in Sweden, having enjoyed wonderful weather, rich wildlife and fantastic landscapes, not to mention Ursula's chocolate cake (well worth the detour!).
Hope you enjoy these doggy and not-so-doggy photos...

Thanks, ladies, for your enthusiastic response! I must agree with Petra: being a Stone's dog is a hard life;-))
One thing must be said: Sweden at this time of year means dogs on leads almost all the time, understandably when you see the wildlife.
Of course I'm only letting you see the good ones - the crap does not get displayed;-)) except maybe for this one, so wrong that it is almost art in itself...

assume the brownish spot is a setter - wonder what part of it? or the whole dog? and what are the white bubbles around? :-)

I see two setters... but maybe that is where REAL art begins: it is open to interpretation;o))

almost like swedish Stonehenge :-)))

BETTER than Stonehenge...you can walk right up to it and feel the stone (push the cows out of the way first). It is totally brilliant and in such a superb position. Right by the sea and high up with the howling gales from the sea! I have walked many dogs there...and generations of setters...
