age 31, currently have two irish setters, Fagan and Alfie. I show Alfie and compete in agility with Fagan. I also compete in cani-cross with both dogs.

I believe congratulations are in order to both you and Chris on your new arrival.I hope everything went well for you.i guess this will be something of a shock to your Irish boys.
Congratulation Claire,

Hello Claire, just wanted to say "Hi" and wish you love and luck for the forthcmoing event, as may not see you again before hand, be thinking of you love Jx
I have done no showing really with him so far. He was a very lively young dog and slow to mature and put on weight so I let him chill at home. Here , with the new European system, they are in open dog when they reach 18 months which would not have suited him at all. Daft system really. I'm hoping to get him out this year as he's coming on nicely. In fact we've just been to a ringcraft class tonight so we're working on getting out there!!!! My daughter, who was 9 when he arrived, decided to call him after his Dad as she thought his dad seemed full of mischief like the then nameless puppy, and she also liked the sound of the name!!

Hi Claire
Seems there's alot of dogs called Alfie - but that means they are the best!!
My Alfie is 2 tomorrow!! Is your Alfie Strathmead Snow Leopard?
I am sure you will enjoy this site.

Hi Claire,
I live outside Romsey. I am very lucky to have paddocks fully fenced for my dogs to get their daily exercise. I show them sometimes when the judge is right for my type of Irish, but they are first and foremost family pets.
