Home for Irish Setter Lovers Around the World
After many futile efforts, my final chance with Minstrel's frozen semen worked, and we have one beautiful baby girl, born by caesarian, a week ago today.Minstrel died many years ago, so this is one very special baby indeed.
Ballad is a wonderful mother, and both she and her baby are thriving.
Sincerest thanks to the wonderful team at Kenwick Veterinary Hospital.
Congratulations & best wishes, Myra. Let us know what you decided to call her.
How wonderful, Myra! And what a sweet and hungry little baby girl. Best wishes for her future.
This baby is truly precious, a dream come true. So very pleased for you X
congratulations!
Hi little one! Hope she fullfills all your hopes and dreams Myra- please Keep posting pics of her...
will she have Labradorpups to play with?
Just a four month old Irish baby, called Jassy, when she is strong enough. I think for the time being, once she is about 4 to 5 weeks, she will stay with the older dogs in the kitchen, who will all treat her as their own! Finoo, Ballad's litter sister, will adore her and happily play. Jassy has just chewed the newspaper up in the kitchen, so I can see we have fun times ahead!
I'm so very pleased for you. A real miracle of the modern world :) Both mum and baby look very serene.
