Hi Dee,
Her name is Chay and she will be 13 in September.
She rules the roost here.Getting a bit tottery on her back end nowadays. But still loves to go for her run (which is now an amble)on our 10 acres.

Hi Dee
definitly you will blow up the US-clippers. 3 years ago at Crufts
- preparing some dogs my friend blowed up some very nice grooming
stuff incl her most beloved blow dryer .. we purchased than a
dried leaf blower in the Evesham DIY and used him on the dogs
- nearly perfect :-) good night Silvia

I have managed two to 13 and one to 14.
Have lost a few at 11 and 12 over the years.
It's always heart wrenching when you lose one as they are part of the family.
Even when you are prepared for old age it never gets any easier.
Cheers Marie

Yes, I'm not sure what I would do without the whistle! It's definitely something I always need to have with me. There is actually a good selection of whistles on canineconcepts.co.uk or also on zooplus.co.uk. I also enjoyed talking "dogs" very much! If you'd like to come over again on one of your afternoons off that would be great! I'd love to get your liver cake recipe too ;-) Maybe we could set up a dog biscuit recipes group here to exchange favourite setter recipes ;-) Your two girls are very beautiful and I think Busby liked them very much too - he was looking for them in the park this morning!
As for the championship show, I don't think it was a Crufts qualifier. Still pleased with the placing, though...

Dee, you do not need anything to change the voltage - leaf blowers can be got anywhere, even in Britain. For dog clippers you should check ebay - there are lots of good things to be found rather cheap.

hi Dee, thanks for your comment! yes, the girls have fun, it is very warm here in Hungary, so we need the water every day :-) both are water rats and i am happy for that. we took a break from shows in the past weeks and the younger one enjoys her field training instead. i plan one little show before the world dog show in sweden in july, just for "practicing". i am a bit sad that Danka will loose all her coat for that big show and i can't show her in that beauty she can be when in full coat... but hey, such is life, i can't change the weather here :-)
all the best, Laura

Hi Dee, I've looked through Google typing in dry dog coat but don't seem to be able to find it!!! Not sure what's going on. Are there several places that sell them or is it a particular brand? Hope your girls are well :-)
