Dear Lyn!
Thank you for this lovely poem and it is a true comfort in my grief. I cryed when I read it but crying is very good and natural when you loose some one dear.
Thank you again//Kristina
Dear Lyn,
It was so sad to read about Layla,my heart goes out to you. She is such a sweetie. I was interested to see that you also have a boxer. I actually wanted a boxer, but my ex wanted an Irish Setter. Now having had them for almost 30 years I wouldn't be witout one, but I still have a soft spot for Boxers!
Best wishes,
Michelle
It is hard when an older dog starts to lose their sight and you suddenly realise that you have to be aware that they can't see so well all the time, but to have a young dog be like that is heart breaking. It is interesting to hear that Lucy instinctively looks after her and guides her. Are her other senses now heightened to compensate as they would be in a person?
Hi there Lyn I thank you for the comment on the Blog...because of this I am not sure how I am going to get down to Leeds, the person that I was going to ask to look after is going away that weekend, but will still try and get down, although obviously Saffy comes first, at the moment, will let you know how we get on.
Dee and the girls
Thanks for the email, will write later privately. Saffy has stopped eating and yes the hot weather is really a problem for her, although it is much cooler up here. As for Jas that will be in the email, my granddaughter is waking up so will have to deal with her now,
Speak soon and ''keep your head up'' I am sure she will adapt, I truly hope so, because we are catching up very quickly here.
All the best speak soon Dee and the girls
Hi Lyn
thank you for your nice comment. Yes, we had a great time in Italy, Setters are warm welcome in the north of Italy. Hope, we can go again next year.....
Regards Esther
Hi there Lyn
I haven't had an internet connection for nearly a week now, so have been getting withdrawals from the site, or anything else on the computer, still it has given me time to get my spare bedroom decorated. An now I am back..well, I hope that I can keep the connection..
Speak soon, Dee and the girls
ps will not be able to get to Leeds unfortunately, I just can't leave Saffy or take her with me. I was really looking forward to it as well...Dee
Hi there Lyn,
They say its like riding a horse, if you fall off you must get rite back on, don't leave it too long before getting back behind the wheel again, dreadful things panic attacks...yes Saffy is getting bigger and more uncomfortable, she just can't seem to settle today, hope all is well with her, I am having a panic attack every day here, must stop and enjoy it, may not do it again...
Hope to see you all soon and I hope that Kens legs get better soon.. been there and done that as well, don't ever want to do it again....Love Dee and the girls
Hi there Lyn just thought that I would put something light hearted on the blog before the busy time, I should have two more weeks, bless her she needs a skate-board to stop her belly from scraping along the ground, she is really uncomfortable as well, and I really do wish that there is only 9 in there..All the best Dee and the girls

So sorry for your Layla's eyes, it must be hard for you but it's something that makes you love her even more, I bet! A sweetheart she is!
All the best / Marta
