Malignant mammary carcinomas
Does or has anybody ever had any experience with this issue, specifically anyone who has had the mass removed and any good ideas on recurrent prevention?

I am especially interested if anyone has heard of any chemotherapeutic alternatives which can be added to a dogs diet?

My Ruby had a mammary tumour the treatment was removal of the tumour and speying - all is well 2 years on - she is 11 now. I belive Julie is correct - it is speying that removes the hormones that support the tumour so no need for chemotherapy. Dont delay though
