This group looks FANTASTIC, but oh my goodness where will I find the time to keep up. If it seems I am ignoring anyone please forgive me, we are crazy busy at this time of year.

Right now we have seven beautiful pups at our house 4 girls and 3 boys; they are by Laurice's Mays' lovely boy Jester - Carousel's Just For Fun and out of Pam Legault's Can Ch Palarset's Spring Fling. Spring is a daughter of my boy Murphy BISS Can Am Int'l Ch Cairncross Russells Talisman, so I am really pleased to be able to breed this litter with Pam and our friend Rosanna Porter. BUT the pups arrived at the height of haying season, so we've been barely able to breathe this week. As of yesterday the HAY is IN! So I can take a day to relax.

In addition, I have co-bred a litter out of another Murphy daughter with Cassie Allen in Ohio. Reba was bred to my Norwegian import Saeterelva's Russell JH and they had 16 PUPS! there are 9 girls and 7 boys. I will go to see them in mid August (same time as the Ohio speicalty shows) and bring my girl home.

We are also arranging to begin field trial season. We hope to get our girl BISS Can Am Ch Highfeather Raise 'N A Ruckus Can CD FDX Am MH out to work towards finishing her AKC and CKC field championships. Raisin is a daughter of Can Ch Russell's Roxy Roller who was bred to Can Am Ch Kulana Qismet's Rhuzara Can TDX CD Am TD CGC. Raisin is currently sitting at 7 AKC FC points (including two majors) and 4 AKC AFC points. She also has 11 CKC FTCH points (but needs her major to finish) and she has 8 CKC AMFTCH points (including her major.) She is extremely close to obtaining her DUAL DUAL! LOL! But if she comes into season, breeding her will be our top priority. In addition to Raisin, we will also hopefully be trialing Russell, Gotcha (Russell's Gotcha Gotcha - our Raisin daughter,) and hunt testing Murphy. Russell's Mythodical Musashi is still away right now at Dotti Fowler's place where he will hit the show ring and field trials once day soon.

Can Ch Russell's Early Edition is currently away at some shows right now, we hope to get her AKC Ch finished so we can continue her field career.

Somewhere in there I hope to attend some shows, and farm - oh yeah, and make sure Ken sees me occassionally...

Wow you are really busy. I think you are doing a great job. Will be keeping my fingers crossed for those championships.
And yes, this group is great with many people from different countries. This way we can all learn something and exchange experience. Glad to see so many people who are also active on the field and many experienced breeders as well as people who just own an Irish as a pet. Love, Alenka
