the pug must be really tolerant of little puppies :))) A good babysitter!

I know he looks all depressed sitting there, having his tail pulled, but he is the only one in this household teaching puppies when NO is NO.
He will repeat telling them when they come back for a visit and are at least three times his size! Looks quite interesting to have a small pug make a big male setter lay flat on his back.
In THIS case, size does not matter:-)
And anyway, he THINKS he is an irish setter!

what do you mean by other cases, except THIS ;-)))

Laura!
Naturally I am refering to the differance in size in field- trial and show-setter!

How dare you say a field-trial setter is only the size of a pug!!! :-)

Actually, now that you mention it Susan, I think they are! Not in hight, but rather in body-mass. If you were to stretch out a compact pug...

or maybe used a rolling-pin...

They are only just 6 weeks old and I am working hard on the "dont kill bulldog or pug"-training. I will not get on to rules and regulations regarding tails until they are at least 7 1/2 weeks old. :-)
