Home for Irish Setter Lovers Around the World
A fresh start for new adventures. Young Summertime Lady from Ireland races fields near Grenaa, Denmark.
If you meet a promising Derby youngster, Ella von Kappellenpfad from Germany but with Danish lineage leading to the famous Lasse, you might lose a race.
Time for a break for young Lady near the sea.
Meanwhile a Norwegian red setter and German partner race Danish grounds.
Time for Lady to rest in the car beneath Clancy from the USA while Giulla O'Conloch is entered in the hunting day together with Brittannies and (right) Irmuns May Theis from Tommy Pedersen. Theis is foreseen partner for Giulla next spring, they made one hell of a huntingteam.
Well I asked what is the best IRS in Denmark now, he said Lohmanns Jaffa, so yours. Yes I know you used that dog from Poland, it is very interesting lineage! I like to incorporate lineage from Jasmine, because she was really thrilling in hunting and trial plus top conformation. Maybe one day I'll use one of your dogs, regards Henk.
Hello Henk,
Long time since you last posted here!
Nice to see you remain active!....and with some very good young dogs too!...It must have been fun!How old is young Lady now?
Lovely photos Henk;o) look forward to news of your Irish Lady's progress;o)
Hello Catherine&Carmel thanks for your comments. Postings were zero because of a study 2400 hours the end with drama&poetry&literature will keep me busy until March 2012. Lady is eight months so more intensive training will be in time. These timelines may provide literature alive (hunting) or is it poetry in motion (reds racing for horizons). In each case everything in for quality of life! What more can you want?
Enjoy your studies and Lady's training!;o) Both sound very enjoyable!
Thought that I had already replied to you...sorry must have pressed the wrong thing...there is nothing better than a crisp frosty morning with a dog looking for 'birds' etc...but also nothing better than one of these great red 'hotwater bottles' they are great wherever we care to take them....very versitile....more than I can say for some of the owners lol...;o)
