A wonderful Sunday for McBirdy.

We had to share the tasks this weekend. We were in front of a dilemma: to take part at the same time in the dog shows of Wieze in Belgium and Neukirchen in Germany. Finally, thanks to our dear friend Philippe Deram, it was decided: Fletcher and Heaton would be in Wieze, Frisbee and Gracelynn with Neukirchen. And it was a master stroke.

Heaton of McBirdy (and Annie Cheron its mistress) continue their training. Heaton is classified 1 TP. On the main ring in the afternoon, it will be preselected, but will not be placed in the final selection.
Fletcher of McBirdy is placed 1 Exc in Champion Class for then obtaining the CAC, then the BOB. The afternoon, on the main ring, it is classified 1st of group 7 (BOG) under Mrs. De Vries-Hoogland (NL) and is placed then 3rd dog of the Day.

During this time, I was thus in Neukirchen with Gracelynn and Frisbee. I acknowledge that I was not done too many illusions. With a Dutch judge, and the number of foreign competitors, I had the impression to take part in an Dutch Show Championship.
And yet, for its first handling in intermediate class, Gracelynn of McBirdy is placed 2nd EXC with a splendid report.
It was then Frisbee of McBirdy in a very strong open class which created sensation. For her also a very good report and a splendid 1st place. She obtains to then the res. CAC.
With this last VDH ticket, Frisbee of McBirdy thus becomes Deutscher VDH Champion!
