Cosmo Meets the Mailman

It is an important milestone in any young dog's life. Being a human, I can only guess at the reasons why this one individual holds such fascination ... the regularity of his arrival, the distinctive rattle and hum of his electric vehicle, the possibility (and audacity!) that he might walk right up to the house and ring the bell ... possibly all of the above. For all of my adult life, I have been forced to either quickly quarantine the dog(s) or face the embarassment that comes from accepting a package through a door carefully opened only four inches while complete lunacy ensues right at my feet.


This time it will be different. I walked Cosmo right out to meet our lovely mailman. Surely, now that they have been properly introduced, all will be peaceful from this day forward. Surely ...

I agree, a great video - what a funny jumping style that dog has! I think I can be happy that all mine do is bark... but they actually love the postman:-))

Cosmo is a gret great doggie and will learn that the postmans visit is good, my dogs accept the postman and the binman as part of the family. It will happen for Cosmo too! I love your Blog and Cosmo is beautiful!
