Home for Irish Setter Lovers Around the World

To all discerning Setter owners out there especially those of you with a keen eye for something special in the English Setter breed.

We are lucky enough to have a variety of colours in this wonderful breed, the tri-colour, the blue, liver, orange & lemon belton...lots to chose from but now...after years of selective breeding & careful D.N.A screening, I am proud to introduce the latest colour to this elegant breed....

Ladies & Gentlemen I give you....The Green Belton !

This unique colouration is bound to have both tongues & tails wagging at all the best shows ! demand will no doubt be very high, so ladies form an orderly que !

 :) :) :)

Why oh why do they always do things like this less than 24 hours after being scrubbed to within an inch of their lives ?????  Maybe 'Vanish' should consider a doggie stain removal line of products :) !!!

HI Martina ! The little rascal has only rolled every square inch of his body all over the freshly cut grass...hence the 'new colour variation'...it's times like this that I lament his light colouring...NOT an easy one to keep clean :)

whoa...perhaps he just wishes to be like his Irish cousins by wearin' the green?  Love the pictures and bet he was thinking all the time you were scrubbing him I know just how to fix this.......and he did!:)

Maybe some late St. Patrick's Day celebrations Sherry :)

His other favourite way of 'fixing' his clean state is to run under the Landrover and get a large black streak that starts on the tip of his head & runs intermittently along his back courtesy of the exhaust pipe !!! now that's a tough stain to try & get out let me tell you !!

Pebbles used to sport the green do anytime we mowed grass.....so answer to that is not mow?  exhaust pipe on car a wee bit more difficult to do without.  Dye him black?

It could have been worse.  It could have been...um...poo brown (with the emphasis on the poo)...like my delightful Setters sometimes choose to wear...

I loved the intro you had my full attention !!! I agree with Sheree don't mow and park the landrover next door .They seem to do this just before a show
