This is Portballintrae, on the north coast of Ireland

and it's a great place to run ...

here I come ...

you can run in the sand dunes ...

and on the beach ...

or even on the railway line!

and check for who is coming ...

it's a great place for having fun!

Thanks everyone, we had a great time! My legs are still sore as I hadn't been jogging for a while.

Rob, there were several people around, but I didn't show them here. We have several great beaches along this stretch of coast. I went to another beach first, but there were so many surfers and walkers there that I went on to Portballintrae. Mac is improving on the recall now. At first he would take no notice of me when there were other dogs or people around. Now, he goes and greets them, plays a little, but is happy to come back to me.
