Thank U Margaret again for the stories of John! If you ever see him again tell him that the three siblings, Kari, Rena(bitches) and Finn(dog) are all used for breeding. They are very healthy, with A/A hips all!
As far as we know Renas(Rena had 11 pups) and Finns( produced 8 pups) puppies are well developing and for what I´m especially pleased is the outlook of these products of scottish/finnish mix up :)

As Susan asked yes Aapeli is very strongly boned. He weighs 25,4kg and is 63cm in height though both of the parents were/are small. So this outcrossing or outbreeding has done something to the size which I´m pleased with...

Who is the red dog with a lot of white on the face and chest?
If that one was mated to an IRWS, you would probably get some nice red and white dogs (VBG)

Hahhaaa! He is a mixture of english and irish setter, pure accident. But he turned out to be our best huntingdog ever. All our pure breds look up to him and his achievements :) He has taught us more than books and stories could ever tell. We have been in his school of "hunters for life", though never graduated. We have named him the Grouse Professor, he knows everything of those birds and their living habitats... ;)

Ah the return of legendary photography. That's music in pictures, real Irish setter rocknroll. Thanks!
