Claire - this group is a great idea - well done !

Of course, there are those that think having one setter is questionable, two is certifiable, and three is completely barking ... ... but we know better, don't we !

We have two Irish/one english - as per the photo ...

Hello, I live in Italy and i have one Irish Setter, 13 years old, two Gordon Setter and between one month will be arrive a new female puppy of Gordon Setter. This dogs with my little daughter Liliana are my life.

Well you know me Claire but for those who don't.

 

I have 1 English and 3 Gordons currently - I previously have had Irish (and I admit I do miss having one) but think 4 is my limit and the Gordons have stolen my heart right now.

I think Setters are the absolute best!

Hi

I've got two Irish, mother and daughter and one English, who is fairly new to the group!  My youngest Irish is definately the boss of the English and mum just looks on!

I got a Irish Setter Kimmo and a Gordon Setter Nilsson , the Irish is 4  years and the Gordon 18 months

that's my kids at summer 2010...unfortunately I missing now 3 Irish from that photo,a couple (bro and sis) who passed away last months and one girl who do not live with us anymore:( my dream team,love them soooo much !! missing now my red angles:(

We have 4 Irish Setters and 2 English Setter. Ages range from 13 for the oldest Irish, 12 For the oldest English, down to 6 months fro the young Irish.

Hi Everyone, We have 2 Irish, 6yr old girl called Rusty and 3yr old boy called Henry, (bred by Deborah Christopher), and an English boy called Charlie who is almost 2yrs.

Rusty is part of a local Dog Display Team and we travel the country with the Team doing displays of agility, obedience and also a lot of fun stuff too. The 2 boys are currently undergoing agility training and we hope that they will be in the Display Team next year.

We are now a 4 Setter family 3 Irish & 1 English setter, loosing our oldest Irish in June 2011 aged 12 & 1/2 and our oldest English in Dec 2011 also aged 12 and 1/2.
