I have been breeding and showing Irish Setters for 30 years. I have bred 2 champions a bitch with 2 reseve tickets,a dog(Detroit Spinner) with a ticket and a reserve and several junior warrant winners. I have judged in the UK and Europe.

Exclusively Setters are arranging a Get To Gether at Crufts 2009. Please join the group to indicate that you are attending with or without your dogs. So far we have almost over 40 memebers confirming their attendance. Please join us for a Group photo etc.

Hi Diane
The bitches breeder doesn't show her dogs but I will ask the stud dog owner if she can have a look at their photos. Thanks for the advice. Hopefully will get to some shows when she reaches six months, which isn't until October!! I notice all the shows seem to be in the summer months.

Hi Diane
I notice from your page that you are a judge and was wondering if you could give me some advice. I have just had a litter of pups and now have 3 bitches to choose from, they are all identical in confirmation and almost in head but one has a large white flash on her chest. Would this white flash be a bad point in the show ring? Any advice would be great. Thanks, Deborah
