Dear Angela, You don't have to put anything right. Your other girls know and understand, and Abbie would have been very grateful to you because you did not leave her home on her own. Whether you go to the beach or not is irrelevant. What is most important is your unconditional love for each and every one of your animal children. What matters is that you are "with them" when you spend time with them, whatever it is that you choose to do together, if you are able to choose, depending on what Life deals out to you. Don't you think Elsa would prefer to live her life with a Mum who would not leave her Abbie at home on her own?
