Crufts was only the beginning of an exciting trip to the UK. A total of 5000km and many adventures on the way. We had a brilliant holiday!

A first at Crufts, a visit to Anlory's, then holidays in the Borders, finally a weekend on the grouse moor at Reeth, what more could Glen ask for??? Ah yes, I almost forgot: he also spent an amorous afternoon with a canine lady friend... he could be in for trouble there!

The KC Training weekend at Reeth was once again a fantastic experience and we met loads of 'old' and new friends.

Richard Hartley's Irish Setter Anlory Goldfinger took his Show Gundog Working test on the weekend and passed! Congratulations to them both.

Glen on the go...

Glen on point... woodcock!

Susan you are really 'in tune' with your boy- the photos tell a fantastic story. The last photo is rather like a Knight surveying all he has worked - I just love that. I am sure the girls will go crazy for Glen - he has it all!!

Thanks for all your lovely comments!

I've just added the link to the full album of the training weekend.

Laura, you are the only one to comment on the pudding... surely you know all about Yorkshire Pudding... no?

Karsten, Glen was the one and only Irish entered in Field Trial class out of 376 Irish Setters at Crufts, meaning he got a First:-)) Full results of Crufts are on this site somewhere - or on fossedata
