Bronte Here Reporting on How Shannon Killed The Internet

Hi,

 Bronte here again, and I nearly didnt make it onto Exclusively Setters  today to tell you about what happened in our kitchen  yesterday. Mum went out shopping and thats great because when she comes back we get lots of treats and goodies. Mum as usual left us out in the garden while she put away some things and changed out of her shopping clothes.

Everything was going according to plan until that renegade of a sister of mine: Shannon, got the idea that she could open the door from the garden to the Kitchen and get back in to the house.  I suppose, knowing her, it was eating all the goodies and treats that she had on her mind.  Anyway, she managed to open the door without any difficulty whatsoever, and here we all found ourselves following her back into the kitchen looking for treats. It was all very exciting until Shannon decided to take this black thing, a sort of toy  that was attached to the computer, She yanked the wire and it pulled free out of the computer and we all played tug of war and chase me round the kitchen with it while mum was in the other room. I heard mum coming first,I barked and told the others, so we decided to take the game out to the garden. Shannon carried her trophy with her; a little black box with wires hanging out of it.  She paraded around the garden with it. Im not sure what she did with her trophy after that, as I heard mum calling, and next thing I knew; Shannon was beside me racing up to Mum, and there were no wires hanging out of her mouth. 

Mum was not too pleased, not too pleased at all. That black box with the wires hanging out of it that Shannon carried round the garden was the modem for the computer, it was what gave us internet and lets me come on Exclusively Setters, O Shannon, Shannon, what a disaster, what a terrible sister you are.... mum was not pleased and I have to say: neither was I, once mum explained the importance of the modem to us. Shannon just shrugged her shoulders and said; But I was only playing.....

Mum sent us all out to look for the modem in the garden, Shannon couldnt or wouldnt tell us what she did with the it.... We searched and we searched  but no trace of the modem did we find. Not even Martha could find it and she's always the Best at finding things and bringing them back to mum.

Luckily Mum was able to borrow a modem and Auntie  Miriam brought us a blank sim card to put in it, so mum could access her account......We got back online okay but no thanks to Shannon.

That my friends is how I come to be here today telling you the story of the thief Shannon and how she killed the internet and  almost left us without a connection to our friends here on Exclusively Setters.
