The snipe didnt stay on the snow for very long!! Looked healthy and happy and well fed!! Flew off after a minute!!

Thanks Dee and Zsuzsanna!! They dont usually come into gardens here either! Probably looking for food that people leave out in winter! And no pointing, as dogs were indoors when the snipe landed;o))
