The Five Elements by Sangarah Irish Setters in Hungary :)

The long awaited puppies of Sarah / Ch Shandwick Obsession & Louie / Sh Ch Caskeys Concept At Aoibheanne JW finally born the 28th December (last year).
Some of you have been waiting for this blog post about Sarah’s litter for weeks now cause I, the ugly, bad, lazy Marta haven’t let you know anything about the little ones and their super mommy Sarah.

Moved to our new house only 5 days before they came to this world, and still there are so many things missing in the house, but the first to make ready was the whelping room, of course. Who cares about us, humans … the dogs matter only :-)
That day was the first day in a new chapter in my life, everything has changed since that day, and every single thing as family, friends, work, entertainment and other pastimes like relaxing or making a blog post, sending e-mails simply became less important and almost totally disappeared. It’s a new feeling to me and has taken some time to get used to it, but I enjoy more than you would ever imagine, I can tell.

Well, we have 5 beautiful, healthy and strong pups (3 boys & 2 girls), the kind I always wished to have. Pleased with Sarah very much, she does everything perfectly having lots of milk and taking a very good care of her babes.

But no more words, here they come:

5 days

11 days

16 - 18 days

3 weeks

25 - 26 days

4 weeks

A kennel affix is also needed to have a litter, so I created the SANGARAH using the font of the name of SARAH and my previous beloved dog BENGA. It’s on sentimental reasons mainly, but it also sounds well, I think :-) I received the FCI kennel name certificate from the Hungarian Kennel Club by post on my birthday, when I turned 28. It is said in every 7 years a new chapter comes into your life … it arrived right in time. Looking forward to what the 5th 7 years will bring.

Sarah also has got a new name, she is known at home as Super Mommy Sarah since The Date. She just does everything perfectly, as she had about the fifth litter in life … but she will not, I am not that kind. In great condition, hasn’t lost weight since the little ones came to world, and enjoy having them so much.

I found a special way to mark the puppies, I call them as Earth boy, Wood boy, Metal boy, Fire girl and Water girl (not pedigree names) instead of red boy, white girl etc, being the five elements in Feng Shui, that are the basic of everything … so they are the basic of my future life :-)

Well, the reason of being off from this site for a few weeks is above. Apologise, but I would do it the same way again…

They were 6 weeks yesterday, have been on the table a few times, there are some records and pics taken. Need some time to pick the best ones, but will share them soon updating this blog post in every few days ... it will be much easier from now :-))

You have also got some great looking pups there - congratulations. Yours and ours are only a day apart, but I bet you had an easier time than we did. Good luck with them all.
