Home for Irish Setter Lovers Around the World
Just to let you know that my two red darlings arrived in Germany and are happy here.
When I picked Anton and Gina up from Frankfurt, we all were crying with happiness, yes, the two dogs, too! I have to admit, I don't want to do this again - although the travel agency is reputable and they really did a good job. But cooped up and separated from the family for almost three days that is not exactly doggy heaven.
They looked terrible after that long flight. Their coats were light and like straw, and they looked like rescue dogs. But after three days, lots of good food and lots of walks they quickly recovered-
Posted some pics of some well recovered and really happy Aussies who are discovering countryside Germany. I have to say, I enjoy it, too.

Great to hear you are all reunited. No culture shock for you and the dogs???
Hi Susan,
No culture shock - I am still talking English with the dogs. Funny really, but they are learning simple German words :)). And the dogs and people are just wonderful!
Hi Cornelia,
wir wohnen im Schwarzwald, in der Nähe von Calw. Und Du?
Enjoy all that Germany has to offfer - great out doors for your dogs
